Posodi polni zvoka je bila predvidena struktura nastopa v Moderni galeriji v Ljubljani (september 2005). Kljub (ponovno) problematični izvedbi (gibljiva objekta – dve posodi, nista bila končani pravočasno…), pa sama struktura drži tudi za prihodnost.

Poslušali smo nekaj primerov dosedanjih “ad-hoc zvočnih tkanj” in poskušali ugledati nedopustne vzorce, ki nas držijo stran od “zadovoljstva”. Estetika strojev je esej, s katerim se skušam približati razumevanju ločnice med stroji in ljudmi, vendar na način afirmacije nekaterih lastnosti stroja (avtomata), kadar ta ni uporabljen ali zgrajen povsem običajno – kot linearni odzivnik (reakcijsko), ampak ima vgrajeno določeno mero avtonomnosti (nepredvidljivosti) odločitev, torej se odzivajo nelinearno (oz: interaktivno). Idejno-filozofsko-estetska zasnova:

Računalniški glasbeni algoritmi so bolj ali manj kompleksni zbiri ukazov, ki med velikim številom možnih odločitev z računalnikovo zmožnostjo velike hitrosti odločanja in z veliko mero variacij (zmožnostjo hitrega računanja) v realnem času proizvajajo muzikalične dogodke. Tej zvrsti glasbe se v sodobni glasbi od sredine stoletja pravi tudi aleatorična glasba (ko še ni bila neposredno vezana na računalniško okolje).

Internet – pretežno prazen prostor neskončnih prostranstev, neizvedenih idej in izziv za domišljije polne. Skratka (navidezni=virtualni?) novi Novi svet. Med raznoliko množico dejavnosti bom poiskal tiste, ki se zdijo, da imajo kaj skupnega z radijskim medijem, oziroma splošneje – komunikacijske (informacijske, estetske,…) kanale.

Zelo blizu začetka komunikacij je bil telefon. V osnovi prav tak, kot je danes. Telefonu nihče pri zdravi pameti ne pravi masovni medij. Je dvosmerni komunikacijski kanal med dvema točkama. Telefonski sistem tvori množica takih kanalov – je torej paralelni sistem. Sodobna različica telefonskega sistema je – Internet! Vendar je Internet več kot to. Lahko je tudi distribucijski sistem po vzoru običajnih medijev!
